Subject: RE: 301 Cole private storm pond question
Importance: Normal
We maintain the line in the ROW. He maintains the pipe inlet and is supposed to keep it cleaned out on a regular basis. The storm system in that area is flat and prone to silting in.

Subject: 301 Cole private storm pond question
Gerald,
Stephen Seale from 301 Cole stopped in today to ask who maintains the culvert coming out of the pond on his property? (see attachment). He said that he spoke with PW Director Jennifer and she said that we will maintain. He said he spoke with you about 2 years ago and you said the City will either line this line or put in a new line. Any direction on this?
