Gerald, apparently the water running in the Storm Catch Basin we spoke about the other week is Splashpad water. I was under the impression the splashpad was plumbed to Sewer, but according to our die test, it's not. Hm.

Request was: There is a catch basin on the corner of 2nd @ Molalla Avenue in which water runs continuously in all seasons. Can we please take a CL reading and see if there is residual? If it's WTP water we'll need to take additional steps to find where it's coming from. Thanks!

Update! checked catch basin today there was no water running in there today.8/27/18.Will check tomorrow when splash pad has more people using it.

Rich and I placed dye in splash pad clean - out and confirmed this is where water is coming from.
