Gerald,
I know that Jennifer had been working with this neighbor about the gate. I was told that they are replacing the other gate with an electric gate. I wasn’t involved in any of these conversations however I was informed that Jennifer had agreed to pay our share of the gate so that we could get remote openers. I am not sure if Dan was involved and I know that they have been talking about this for years. Sorry I could not be more help.

Gerald,
My name is Ryan Sauvageau and I live on S Molalla Forest Rd near the water treatment plant. We have been working on an automated gate for some time and it will be installed this Saturday. The gate code is 99288*. The two previous Public Works Directors were working with me on this project. There are a total of 10 homes and the City of Molalla. We were going to split the costs 11 ways. We should have a final tally by Monday of next week. Dale Robinson and myself have donated our time & materials and will be putting our share of the cost in as well. We are figuring the individual cost split 11 ways is going to be $363-$454 range (This is not set in stone). Remote openers will be available if the 11 way cost is paid otherwise you will have a code to open the gate and no remote.
