Subject: 5th-molalla intersection

west side of molalla Avenue sidewalk ramps. citizen in wheelchair approached me and showed me that the ramps are not usable for his electric wheelchair due to the 2 inch lip. he has to cross the road by using the travel lane in the road. I said I would forward this to the city. I made ryan aware of this and he will talk to public works.
