Request was: Received this Voicemail about holes on Shaver. Can we please assess this? If we need to mark something out for saw cut and diggout we can release Newman on it. If it's too big then I call him back and take the beating. Andy

Reference WO#9072 to send letter to Pacific Fibre.

We need an ODOT permit, Andy and Adam are working on it.

Fill with cold mix. Do not repair this road again.

UPDATE: We are going to dump a large load of 3/4- in this hole on the day it happens. Gerald has asked us not to use HMAC as widening the road's shoulder (and placing the ROW items in danger and legitimizing illegitimate truck traffic) is not desirable. Next step will be for public works to ask Pacific Fibre to curb the intersection. Their truck traffic is way up, far more than originally planned for the site conditions. Andy

Update 3/5/20 PW Crew dug down 9-10" to a hard base and rolled and wacked in about 8 yards of 3/4" rock
