Hi Andy and Gerald,

I spoke to Dan in my weekly check-in meeting today about Bentley Feed and the fact that a building permit has been issued for the rebuild. Construction is now underway.

Dan wants to be sure that the construction crew working on the Bentley site keep their equipment out of the alley right-of-way on an ongoing basis while the project is underway. This is something we should periodically monitor.

He also suggested that Andy evaluate the condition of the alley and consider maintaining potholes present in the alley – consistent with the priorities we set for other alley maintenance.

We informally received two complaints about the potholes last week – one through the man who wanted to file a claim for damage to his car while traveling on the alley….the other was from an adjacent property who has ongoing concerns about the condition of the alley. With more heavy construction equipment traveling on this alley in the coming months, it might be good to consider options for filling potholes. I will leave this in both of your able hands

Hi DH –

I show that the Clackamas County building permit for Bentley Feed – located at 110 N. Molalla Avenue – was issued today.
