I called him back. He stated that the property owner should sign an agreement with the contractor tomorrow to clean up the right of way and property. The contractor should be coming in for a ROW permit next week to begin work. Thanks.

I just got this message from the insurance agent for the Tolstead property. I sent a letter Certified Mail yesterday and I’m sure he hasn’t received it yet. I can get you a copy, if I haven’t already given you one.
