Attachments: image001.png; Freight Route.pdf; Andy, You are correct. That sign should have a left turn arrow directing trucks down Section and a right turn at Section/Shaver directing them up Shaver to Hwy 211. A future step will be not to allow trucks on Molalla Avenue but we have to do an Ordinance for that which will happen later this summer. Once that is in place then we will set up a truck route as shown in this attachment. Thanks. Sorry it’s taken me so long. Thanks for the great documentation and work flow using work orders! This sign that was hit by a truck (your image attached) I do agree is wrong, we don’t want to be vectoring trucks to the Center of town per the new master plan. I’ve attached the map from the 2018 TSP that shows we’d rather they not do that. So let’s replace it with just a “Truck Route” and Left Turn arrow sign. I’ve updated the work order, passed it to the Utility Crew. This email is just mostly to copy Gerald in case I’m mis-understanding the roadmaster’s intentions, and to keep us all on the same page.
