Hey Lt,

Last night a male started his car on Shirley St and left it in neutral, the vehicle rolled down Shirley St and hit a speed sign on the Northwest corner of Shirley and N Cole. Sgt Kessler said I should shoot you an email so the city can be aware of it first thing rather than wait until I log on at 1100. If the city needs it right away my case number is 19-024378, I’ll have my report completed first thing when I log on and have it forwarded to the city.
