There is not enough information here. Why do then need to bore into the alley? What is the purpose? Please send me the entire packet so I can see what is going on.

Subject: FW: ROW Permit

Gerald,

I got a request for a ROW permit to bore in the alley 25’ deep and backfill the 3” hole with granular bentonite. I asked them whey they want to bore in the public alley and they said because the church is right on top of the ROW line. Is it okay to issue this permit?

Thanks,

Hi Brenda-

Attached please find a map of our proposed boring locations. All borings may be as deep as 25 ft. Temporary use for soil and groundwater only- no installations.

Thanks,

Subject: ROW Permit

Dave,

I received a permit application and I have a few questions:

  1. 1. What are you installing?
  2. 2. Can you send me a diagram showing the site plan and where you are boring and how deep?

Thanks,
