Andy,
I just received the County’s structural review for the bracing and they said it does not meet the shoring requirements. We need you to install the internal braces immediately and remove them from the street. The braces as they stand are a safety hazard to the public and were installed without review or permits. Do what you have to do to get the braces off of the right of way. We will discuss repair of the curbs that were drilled into once the braces are removed. Thanks.

Hi Gerald-
I am waiting on the shoring design document from our EOR, Eric Watson, Miller Consulting Engineers. We must shore from the outside temporarily until we are able to remove the interior debris, then with Eric’s shore plan we can properly shore from the interior, a little more pull vs push but that is why we are waiting on the engineer. I expect more info next week.
