I don’t have a problem with it but they need to make sure we can meet ADA given the site constraints. They will also need to cut the roots of that tree and you will need to contact the property owner and let them know that the tree was planted to close to the ramp and will have to have some roots cut back. Thanks.

Gerald, the contractor who is about to do 5th@Molalla Ada ramps gave me an option to include this one: Park/Heintz, for $2500. I realize the issues around Property owner responsibility, but this is a prominent Rodeo-route, and the street maint fund money remains. Do you have any objections to me having them knock this one out too? The PO would go from $6500 to $8000, and I released the job through the Contractors Plan Center so we had plenty of opportunity for bidders.
