Hello gentlemen,

I took a phone call from a man named Eric Russell. He stated that he mailed in a check for a driveway approach application on July 24^th. He is unsure if he filled out the application online or if his office helper mailed in a hard copy with the check. The project address is 708 E. 7^th Street. He would appreciate a follow up call, 503-330-1801.
