Did the top portion of the wall that cracked you spoke to me about Thursday get braced?

Gerald,

We’re working on it. There’s a sizable split that we don’t want to take chances on-That’s why the fence hasn’t been taken down. Andy was working on the best way to brace it from inside the property and not street-side.

Thank you,

Hi Brian,

Now that the building face is secure with the bracing inside of the building, we would like to have you or your contractor clear the sidewalk and pull the fencing back to the building face so that the sidewalk is again usable by this Friday. You still have the right of way permit in place and can close off the sidewalk during the 60 day period if you need to do some work on the building face but we want the sidewalk to remain open as much as possible. The right of way permit is in effect until May 06, 2019. Let me know what your plan is so I can pass on to the City Manager. Thanks Brian.
