Forgot all about E 4th. No water or sewer running down 4th. We need to make sure that the sewer and storm are out in Molalla Ave and if we install a driveway that we won’t have to dig it up to replace a line. Have the guys do a locate check and if everything is in the pavement away from the curb line then we can do a residential driveway across that piece and eliminate the two ADA ramps completely. Curb and gutter across the new section and we can block it off for excavation and at least one week after pour. Just have to notify the property owners fronting E 4th that it will be temporarily closed for construction.
Demo and construction of the driveway should be in the neighborhood of $5K if we provide them with the Type 3 Barricades.

Andy – The street beyond ADA ramps 3 & 4 is not actually a public street. If my memory serves correctly, Gerald and I talked about a driveway in this location. Just an FYI.

Gerald, I’ve sent off for a quote to do these 4 ada ramps on Molalla Ave by Fox Park, which weren’t done as part of the URA project. This is a good one to do as I have several customer requests for it. If the Kyllo Bros are less than $5k I’ll just get a PO to you (no further quotes needed).
