Gerald,

I got a request for a ROW permit to bore in the alley 25’ deep and backfill the 3” hole with granular bentonite. I asked them whey they want to bore in the public alley and they said because the church is right on top of the ROW line. Is it okay to issue this permit?

Attached please find a map of our proposed boring locations. All borings may be as deep as 25 ft. Temporary use for soil and groundwater only- no installations.
