Hi Aldo,

I have no issue with the trees coming down. If he has to go into the ROW and make repairs then he just needs to fill out a right of way permit. The Driveway, Sidewalk, and Curb permit fee is only $95 and covers all of the inspection. It is cheaper than a ROW permit that is $150. Have him contact Brenda after she gets back on Wednesday. Thanks.

Hey Gerald,

I talked to an individual who would like to cut down the two front trees on this parcel. I have no issue giving them a tree permit, but it looks like they are on public right-of-way. Another issue is, I believe these roots are close to the sewer laterals and next to the water meter. He mentioned that he would going to de-root the trees and would likely cut into the road.

Im guessing he would need a traffic control plan and row permit correct?
