Importance: Normal

Andy,

Please see below. Not sure if this is a street tree or an old tree that will

cause us problems in the future. When it is a street tree and if our code

says the property owner is responsible for maintenance then we just need to

point it out to her. Please check out the health of the tree, verify with

Aldo and Brenda whether it is or is not classified as a street tree (I don’t

think it is part of a plan in that location), and see if we should remove

the tree to protect our curb, roadway, and water system. Not sure where the

sewer lateral is at in this location. Thanks.

Mailing Address: 832 E 7th St

Phone Number: 5033124689

Department: Other

Nature of Concern: We have a big willow tree that is near our water meter,

and we believe that it is dying. We were wondering since it is in your right

of way as far as the "sidewalk area" to have it cut down. We are afraid that

the next big wind storm might knock it down and we would hate for it to rip

out our water meter. During the snow storm we had we lost a big branch

already and there is an additional one that has already broken off and is

still caught up within other branches. Maybe someone can come out and look

at it? Hope all of this makes sense. If you have any questions please don't

hesitate to call.
