Gerald, this real estate broker is selling the 4 home lot at 220 N. Hezzie lane and called me with questions about the agreement the developer was required to sign on the storm system. Specifically, what the process is for the “Annual Inspection by May 1st each year” that it calls for. Did you have a specific process in mind for this, such as where they should send it and how we should process it?
