I'm gonna have Andy Peters, Operations Supervisor coordinate a time to stop by and make sure we are talking about the same locations. He is out of the office but when he returns he will make contact with you for a good time to meet and review. Thanks.

Thank you for getting back to me. I already spoke to my landlord, Gary Deardorff, and he assured me that it is a city storm drain ( not a catch basin). Not sure how to proceed from here. If it is not the city’s issue, can someone in your office inform him of the issue, and get it cleared. Again, I thank you for your help in this matter.

The catch basin likely needs to be cleaned and possibly a cleaning of the storm line running from the catch basin is also needed. Hope this helps.

> My name is Christine Van and I am the owner of Bear Creek Pizza and Pub. I am inquiring about getting the storm drain outside of my restaurant cleaned/cleared out. Any rain, even just the smallest amount, causes the storm drain to overflow and flood the parking lot spaces in front of the dumpsters. If you are unable to help with this, can you please get me the contact information of who can?
