Attachments: image001.jpg; Its OK even in Pegasus to post no parking foldouts 48 hours in advance, sweep, then pull the notices. Sometimes we have to resort to that especially today with everyone working from home. You can even do door hangers explaining that we have to clean the street so vehicles need to be moved. It’s not as easy as it should be with COVID. Do the best you can. Thanks. And it’s getting worse out there. Some roads have been on the sweeping logs as virtually unsweepable: Pegasus for example. Even the fire dept has complained about that road. I was just thinking about this on my drive to work this morning, seems like it’s getting worse. Everyone in big meadow has an RV these days, which they move from spot to spot to avoid enforcement. I can work to get plan together for addressing this issue with PD and Zinder. We’ll try to head them off before they reach your plate. This issue with the parked car that hasn’t moved for a long time in the way should have come up in the sweeping logs they are supposed to fill out. Please make sure they are doing it because we can take care of issues like this with PD before it becomes a neighborhood issue and they contact me directly. Thanks. Call and Mr. Fisher, I contacted the homeowners at 1418 Meadowlark regarding the silver Cadillac. They are an elderly couple and the husband is no longer a valid driver due to medical ineligibility. The vehicle is not abandoned and they said they will get it cleaned up so it does not appear abandoned and move it from it’s location. FYI. They were advised of the ordinance and I did not tag it for tow because I spoke with them personally. I also tagged the boat for tow and will check on it in 72 hours to see if it has been handled by the owner. If not, it will be towed from the location on Meadow. Thanks and let me know if you need anything else. -- Officer Jamil Kassab #55930 Molalla Police Department School Resource Officer 117 N Molalla Ave P.O. We are ordering the speed reader trailer and hope to have it here in the next month if no delays in manufacturing. That has been an issue these days. I’ll pass on the parked vehicles to PD and the basketball hoops to code enforcement. There is a process and it takes a little time if we get individuals who want to fight it but in the end it gets addressed.
