The location address for 12863 S Hwy 211 has been changed to 1405 Fountain Way. The meter for this property is #43862937. Zinder verified that 180 Industrial Way has the other meter - #33309040 – that meter services 180, 180 Ste A and 180 Ste B.

Previously, 1400 Fountain Way was paying the Storm Drain charges for all three properties; the impervious surface calculation is 51,428. Zinder broke that down as follows. The impervious surface calculation for 1400 Fountain Way is 17,336. The remaining impervious surface calculation of 34,092 we put on 180 Industrial Way but that calculation includes both 180 Industrial Way and 1405 Fountain Way. Dr. Borromeo owns both properties but currently has no tenant in 1405 Fountain Way.

Please get with Andy and Adam to determine where this meter is so we can assign to a property. If it is the meter at 180 Industrial Way Ste A then we need to change the account to reflect that. This is probably just cleanup that should have been done years ago so let’s fix now so we don’t have any more issues with addresses. Thanks.

Yep. That address is no longer any good. We got rid of the hwy 211 addresses. Zinder is going to have to issue a new address or they will have to tie it to the 1400 W Main lot or the lot behind it.
