If the issue is on our side then yes reimburse them the amount of the billing. We need a copy of the paid billing in the file and the check can be cut to the property owner.

Ginger, yes, 316 Berkely was cleared by a plumber, who then supplied a TV of the lateral showing a collapsing pipe in the ROW, and an offset joint at the Main. We'll be out to repair this soon.
Gerald, this property owner is requesting $995 reimbursement for plumbing services. I thought we had placed something how this is handled in the new sewer code, but mabe not? Can you let us know if you are okay with this?
