I bet they broke the lateral when installing the waterline and did a patch and buried it. We need to reinstall the sewer service line deeper. Here is the crossing detail. Need 18” between pipes. Depth at manhole to flowline at south is 7.69 feet and to north is 6.10 so there is plenty of depth to come out of the main and run 2% then bring up behind cleanout.
