See attached files for ROW Permit and Detail Sheets as to Molalla Standards. I will be out of the office all next week. You can contact our Public Works Director Gerald Fisher at gfisher@cityofmolalla.com for all required inspection.

On Scheduling for inspection/At least 24 hours in advance.

• * All Sewer pipes and fitting connection need to be inspected prior to back fill with clean out stub in pertaining the ROW/Public Easement. You will need to coordinate with Clackamas County on their requirement for inspections pertaining the private side.

• * If sidewalk panel or panels need replacement / Inspection of base rock and forms prior to pour with concrete mix design.

• * Final inspection once all work is completed to close out the permit.
