Hi Ginger,

If the meter is still attached then we need to charge for water base fees for this property. The property will either need to redevelop or disconnect from the system entirely. I don’t believe they capped the sewer when they demolished the building so it is a point of I&I. We will send out a letter Informing them of there options but the base fee goes forward for water right away.
