According to our mapping system there’s already a lateral connection to the main. But they are required to provide a public clean out. I have spoken to Kira on what action she will need to take on acquiring a ROW Permit and providing a clean out.
Clackamas County did reach out to on Friday with concerns about the decommissioning of the septic tank and not showing any paper work that it took place. I have asked Brad Wheeler, Plumbing Inspector from Clackamas to verify during his inspection. To make sure that the septic tank is not connected to the City’s sewer system. I did reach out to Kira, which she did stat that the septic tank has been decommissioned and it sounds like that the new line will be going in tomorrow.

This lady wants to replace the sewer line between her house and the connection in the street. I think she will need to get a plumbing permit for the work on her private property. It seems like we did an “exception” to a Building Permit Authorization for one of these once…This would allow the customer to take the exception to Clackamas County when they apply for the Plumbing Permit.
Can you check with Sam too? This may require a ROW permit for the point where the lateral connects to the sewer main in the street.
