I need pictures. There is a house on the property in the NE corner and they are building a new facility along Industrial Way. If the renters belonged to the house, then my questions are:

  1. 1. Was the house connected to the sewer system?
  2. 2. Was the house connected to the water system?
  3. 3. Was the house paying the base rate for stormwater?

Once I get my head around the issue a little better then I can respond. Thanks Dan and Ginger.

Clarification:

There is a sewer stub to the property but there has not been a building on the property for the account duration so was not in use.

There is no water stub to the property.

The previous renters of this property (it’s land, no building) have been paying sewer and storm drain for years. They moved out in February and now Sawyer’s Diesel is going in there. According to Zinder, there is no sewer going to the property so should we be charging them anything at all?
