I’ve added a note in the comments “Full line shown in project 09-03.” I suspect it was built with Clark Estates but the plans are likely just that and not AsBuilts. We did not always get final records, which is the source of much ire.

Of houses currently receiving services, we need to check 312 Leroy Ave and 317 Leroy Ave (fyi, they are on the same side of the street). 107 Leroy Ave (also, same side) is currently unoccupied and has never received sewer service. The 09-03 plans show lats for all three on “existing.”

Hi Dan,

That is interesting. Can you make sure the GIS tag on that line shows the 09-03 link? The next step is to check and see if anything is connected to it. We may have to smoke test that line to see if the house is connected. If it is then we will need to activate their sewer. That house belongs to Frank Marson of Marson Trucking. I need a list of all of the folks along that line that are shown as not connected to sewer but may be based on the plans. Thanks Dan.

We may need Chewy to do a quick smoke test and see who along that street is connected to the sewer and is not paying for sewer. Let me know if you will be in the area with the smoke testing equipment anytime soon. Thanks Ryan.

That is a field verified MH. It’s the EOL, flowing south.

Whether it was added for the Clark Estates project project or later, I couldn’t tell you. But a later project from 2009 does show the existing sewer line in that locations AND laterals to 312 and 317.

Hi Dan,

The GIS appears to be wrong compared to project 04-02 Clark Estates. That project only goes up 3 properties north of West Lane but the GIS image shows it going up 5 properties. Can you do a field confirmation that it goes that far north? It may have been an add-on that is not well documented sometime after 2004. Thanks.
