Your property is currently served by a 3/4” water meter so the costs to connect to sewer are as follows:

Connection fee = $600

System Development Charges = $5,116

Please note that the sewer SDC’s are scheduled to increase on January 01, 2020 to $8,077 and again on July 01, 2020 to $11,038. These costs are based on our update master plan and City Council chose to phase the costs in over one year. Thanks and let me know if you have any questions.

Hi; My property at 1441 W Main is For Sale and prospective buyers are asking about sewer installation costs. Aside from required engineering drawings and construction cost; What are the city fees? The 'T' is on my property as installed in '88. It is a 4" connection. Adequate for residential and limited development. Appreciate a response to this email address. Thanks,
