Christie this sounds like a sewer backup and going forward I’d say these should all go directly to Adam or anyone on the crew! Of course I’m happy to handle it, but all I did this time was call Adam. In other words gerald and I will only slow the process down.
You can always call the duty phone, it’s suppose to be monitored at all times during the day.
