We need to address the cap on our line for sure. Should contact Tim Anderson of the Buckaroo prior to smoke testing so he can see what is going on. They likely have downspouts on their building connected to the sewer laterals that will need to be disconnected. Thanks for investigating.

The cleanout looks to be just slightly on Buckeroo property.
Attached is the CCTV sheet for the Buckeroo grounds. Video to be found in this folder.
The Buckeroo lateral comes in near the cleanout. Seeing as it was the middle of winter so no water should have been coming from the grounds, it may be worthwhile to do a little investigation (smoke?) with the line while or before we have it open.
