Attachments: BM1.pdf; BM2.pdf; BM3.pdf; Hi Andy, I took a quick look at the asbuilts and here is what I see. I’ve attached to verify what I see. 1406 Meadowlawn – Big Meadow 1 then installed the sewer down Harvest Lane and then west along Meadowlawn with stubs to future lots. In Big Meadow 2 they had laterals to the lots for storm and showed laterals from a previous phase to the lots. I don’t know if the laterals from the sewer main were ever installed. It is possible that they connected to the storm thinking it was a sewer lateral. So the next step is to have Pacific Int-R-Tek video SSMH BC-C-59 (Harvest/Meadowlawn) west to BC-C-26 in front of 1424 Meadowlawn. If the sewer laterals were not installed then we need to dig up the street and finish the job. It is likely that the storm drains may be connected to the sewer so we will have to switch them around if that is the case. 1116 and 1130 Meadowlawn – These two are part of Big Meadow 3. The plans show connections to sewer main with laterals but no laterals to the storm system. I am not sure how they connected to the storm system unless the plans don’t show laterals that were installed. So next step is to have Pacific Int-R-Tek video SSMH BC-C-62 (Cascade/Meadowlawn) to BC-C-61 and BC-C-62 to BC-C-63. They will also need to TV the SDMH in front of 1124 Meadowlawn upstream and downstream to the next manholes and check for laterals. We should also check to see if the SDMH in front of 1124 Meadowlawn has sewer laterals connected to it to rule that out too. Not sure how this got messed up so we will need to take our time and search these ones out so we can make a good report to DEQ. FYI, here are the houses we found to be connected to the storm system: 1116 Meadowlawn Pl. 1130 Meadowlawn Pl. 1406 Meadowlawn Pl. Thanks, Ryan Quigley, P.E.
