Rich, as the Project Manager for this, will you please make sure the homowners know we have sent out for bids, and provide them with a copy so they know what to expect and can squak if they have concerns? If any changes are needed based on homeowner feedback we will issue a change order to the contractor AFTER we select the winner. That’s how it works!
