Gerald, see Dennis’ documentation below. I spoke with him about it too, on the phone. It looks like no Sanitary Sewerage made it outside the confines of the building. We don’t think we need an SSO report for this. I can look in to it further if you have concerns.

When I got to the Fir Crest apts. on Sunday April 15th I saw no SSO. Looked like the spill was contained in the building. All of our lines were flowing normal and no plug was seen on the city's mains. I pulled 3 main holes on their property and they were also flowing free. The issue must have been between the last man hole and the apartment that flooded.
Thanks Dennis

Gents as collection system operators can you two please get together and talk about the SSO at the apartments this weekend, and determine if we are suppose to file an SSO report with the DEQ? Check the criteria for this, and document a determination for us. It’s possible we are suppose to file one even if it was on private property. DEQ was notified by a tenant of the SSO. We wish to make sure the Collection System (us!) has fulfilled its duties. Thanks you.
PS. If we are unsure, then let me know so I can check with Dyer or legal team.
