Gerald will you please review the emails below. This can't wait, I'll have
to fix this immediately. We're trying to determine if we need to report
his, but I've asked DRCs to wait until you and Dan have a chance to
review.
This is a confirmed combined sewer or customers connected to storm, I saw
it with my own eyes.

Gents, as the DRCs of the sewer systems can you give me advice on this? I
think DEQ treats this as an SSO or CSO, and it's reportable. Your
thoughts? If it is reportable to DEQ, if we could give Dan and Gerald a
chance to weigh in first it would be helpful. Legal Council may have a
different interpretation of the rules.

NEW WO#656 requested by apeters. Promise Date: 2/2/2018 12:00:00 AM

Active observed combined sewer in Big
Meadow, harvest at Meadowlawn Pl. Manholes are also surcharged due to clog
in bioswale. CAUTION, consider work in bioswale Sanitary Sewer work!
My thoughts are:
1) uncover the outfall in the bioswale, jet lines if needed, get
surcharges down.
2) clean up what comes out and take to sewer plant. Lime treat the
bioswale if it's dry.
3) Clean storm lines in the survey map, preping for CCTV.
4) call Pacific Intertec, TV strom lines looking for taps.
5) enter WOs to disconnect customers from storm.
6) Clean and lime treat the bioswale.
