Andy,
FYI. This was done prior to us and after the sewer main was reconstructed. We will let the private property owners deal with their maintenance issues if they arise. If 133 is torn down and redone then they will separate at that time. Thanks.

Hi Michael,
I saw no issues with the sewer lateral in the public ROW. Our video shows one factory made tap in the newer sewer main and your video shows a good lateral within the ROW.
If the line is in fact a party line connected at the wye just beyond the existing structure then both property owners will be responsible for maintenance of their private line out to the ROW. If a problem related to maintenance happens between the two owners which causes the City to be involved, then they will be both required to pay for a separation of their services including a public works permit and associated plumbing permits. Thanks for contacting me and let me know if you have any questions.
Dan – Please update your GIS to reflect this information. Thanks.
Aldo and Brenda – You were CC’d as an FYI. Thanks.
