Marlene, I have a sewer line that’s become extremely choked on HWY 211 at GRANGE ST here in Molalla, and we are concerned about overflow on the hwy. I have a professional flagging company (A Plus, out of Aumsville) on site tomorrow for another job, and we think it would be extremely wise for me to hop over, set up, and clean that sewer line. I do not have enough time between now and tomorrow afternoon to give you to complete a full permit. May I operate under an emergency condition of some kind? As I said we will have full professional flagging staff on site, and will not impede travel lane for more than ½ hour. Here is a “quick and dirty” map.
