Dan can you help me with this form (township, range, section info)? I would like to look at the area to see where wells are. Once we report, I’m afraid we will need to be ready for anything, and I’d like to say we’ve already considered downstream wells. The SSO reporting form from DEQ requires us to list any affected downstream water sources.
