Saturday morning Clark Park was covered with beer cans and garbage under the covered area, it looks like our City Park folks may have migrated to Clark Park. I only say that because it was the same type of trash I’ve been seeing at City Park and because Adam found two needles in the toilet at Clark Sunday morning. He reported through dispatch and disposed of them.
