Jen,

This morning in the men’s bathroom at City Park I found two needles, one on ground under sink and the other stuffed up under the sink. Also, ridiculous amounts of garbage all over park ground primarily under and around swinging park bench at southern end of park. My camera failed me so I do not have good pictures of this. Thank you to Carly in the PD for assisting in finding what to do with our sharps containers, I appreciate her help.
