So just more information for you (see attached pictures)….multiple beer cans found at City Park in can by south end of park in addition, beer cans in garbage can under gazebo. Picnic table now being dragged over by south end swinging bench with large amounts of garbage left lying there again today. Needle number one found in City Park men’s room this morning and needle number two found under sink in Fox Park bathroom.

Roy was called out to issue in City Park bathrooms last night and as he approached he said there was a huge group of the usual suspects gathered on the bench and picnic table and the smell of marijuana was thick.
