The City finally secured a signed deed from Karl Ivanov for the property below. If you keep scrolling, you can also see the deed. Christie took the signed deed for recording a few weeks ago. I don’t have a scanned copy of that final document, but Christie probably does.
In any event, Mr. Rowland is part of a volunteer group that mows around the parking area for the cemetary. He is now asking for the City’s help with maintenance. I assured him that there are better folks to speak with about this than me. I will share your contact information with him via email.
Since this deed ,and the issues surrounding it, predate my arrival….I won’t be able to answer many questions about the property or our obligations. Dan and Gerald probably know more. Expect Mr. Rowland to reach out to you in the next week or so.
