Attachments: image001.png; Hi Andy, Your plan is fine. The decision for the dedication was before my time and I only had a hand in making sure they didn’t make the boundary go through the buildings. We own the property but it is not developed so we can do as you suggest. Also, we are under no obligation to perform much, if any, maintenance around the cemetery parking lot. Those who have an interest in the cemetery can volunteer to maintain the entrance. We have the ability to sign it. Go ahead and put up the wetland signs before the transients move in so PD can take care of things before they get out of hand. Once we get the other park work done we can see what improvements Dan wants to make to that parcel. He broached the topic of no parks funding with the Council and budget committee. We can’t add a bunch of parks without a stable funding source to maintain and replace equipment. Thanks. As for the rest of it, surrounding the apartments’ old house and hanger where it says “City Owned Now”, we have no economic incentive to touch, and plant to leave it either mowed by that property owner or go fallow. This is such an odd setup. Was Ivanov’s plan to have someone live in this house while the City mowed their yard? Very confusing. Anyway, let me know if you had another idea you wanted us to do.
