I’m happy to discuss this with you; are you available tomorrow? I’m prepping for court today. Christie also has the info on this. I’ve involved her because a new league is in town wanting to use our fields and have gotten their park use application (first-come, first-served) in before MYS/high school who usually depends on those fields. There is nothing to my knowledge in writing that states that MYS or the school district have priority over others for the fields, therefore I suggested Christie involve the city manager and you to have a meeting with all parties for a resolution, or to make an executive decision about who gets to use the field. Do we have some sort of agreement in place, similar to the BMX track, that states they have priority?
Let me know what time tomorrow works best for you and in the meantime, Christie and give you the gist of the situation.

Yeah we were told another baseball group applied for the spaces. The only other group is Tri Valley which draws on kids from all over to play baseball, unlike us that have just kids from District. Ms Sandberg emailed Becky Roundtree after we out in for use.
