This is giving up any right to the property even if their surveyor is wrong. Do you want Dyer to do a line determination to make sure that their stuff is correct?

Subject: Boundary Agreement

Dear Mr. Huff,

The owners of the 26 acre property at the NE intersection of S. Molalla Avenue and the Molalla Forest Road (5S 2E Sec 16 TL 3500) have approval from the county to partition the property into two 13 acre parcels. In the course of survey and recording the county surveyor is asking that we get a boundary line agreement with the City of Molalla regarding the property line between the subject property and the Ivor Davies park parcel. The existing old woven wire fence is between 3.9 and 6.9 feet west of the surveyed line. The county surveyor is asking that we get confirmation that the surveyed line is the correct line. This agreement will be recorded.

I have attached a copy of the proposed plat, a close-up of the fence section under discussion, and a copy of the document the county surveyor is requesting to confirm the survey line. Please call me at 503-784-4950 with questions or to discuss details. If signing is agreeable to you please sign and notarize the Boundary Recognition Agreement. I think I have to have the original for recording. When it is ready please call or text and I will pick it up. Your cooperation is appreciated.
