Karrie Shirley called and wanted us to know that her grandson cut his head yesterday on the orange tube slide at Fox Park. There is a crack at the bottom of the slide. She said her grandson is okay. It was a small cut although she did say it bled quite a bit. She wanted us to know so that Public Works could repair the slide and wipe down any remaining blood. She tried to wipe off as much as she could but said there was still some blood on the slide.

I don’t think there will be any further repercussion from this but wanted you all to know in case there is. Karrie’s phone number is 503-939-6339.

Andy – will you take care of letting the guys know about the slide or do you want me to?
