Our Finance team received this past due invoice again yesterday. As discussed, the City still disputes these charges. The email below is the last communication we had on the matter. Molalla requests that Trugreen adjust accounts to reflect no charges owed to Trugreen by the City. If you have an alternative suggestion please provide it by replying to all, so the folks here with the authority to do so can determine if there is a compromise acceptable, or else which combination of insurance/legal representatives we’ll need to bring in to the discussion.
