Thanks Andy. Will have to have a discussion with Dan regarding weekends. I anticipate some public backlash if we don’t open the restrooms on the weekend. How we do that is in question. We will either need to come up with options for schedules or who unlocks and locks bathrooms on weekends. Leaving them unlocked is a recipe for more vandalism.

Folks, research results: I cannot make Clinkscale idea to the parks pencils pencil out:
Costs with weekly cleaning $175/mo for a regular box, and $300/mo for an ADA box. If we put them our 4 park restroom sites, the annual cost blows away the <$3k we would expect to save on OT no matter which way I slice it.
