Folks, research results: I cannot make Clinkscale idea to the parks pencils pencil out:
Costs with weekly cleaning $175/mo for a regular box, and $300/mo for an ADA box. If we put them our 4 park restroom sites, the annual cost blows away the <$3k we would expect to save on OT no matter which way I slice it.
